What to Expect & FAQ’s
How far in advance must I schedule a flight?
Is there a limit to the amount of luggage I can bring?
This varies by aircraft size. Normally 1 Roll-Aboard suitcase and 2 personal items per passenger are acceptable. Additional luggage can be accommodated but space is limited as all suitcases are stored in the luggage compartment. (There are no overhead storage bins.)
When should I arrive at the airport?
Arrival at the airport can be as little as 10 minutes before departure time depending on number of passengers and luggage. Your Executive Aero Charter Trip Coordinator can assist you with departure times and airport arrival times. (Please be aware, the FAA rules on Flight Crew duty times may apply in some instances, and being late arriving at the airport can cause a flight to be delayed up to 10 hours.)
Will I go through security?
Your Flight Crew is also your security personnel. They will check your Government Issued Photo ID for verification. No long lines to wait in when you travel on private aircraft.
Is there nearby parking?
Yes, free parking is provided at the departure point. In some instances, a valet can park your car for you once your luggage is unloaded from your vehicle. Sedan Services that have been pre-screened are normally allowed to drive up to the aircraft.
Are WiFi and phone charging ports available?
Inflight WiFi is available on our Mid-Sized jets and larger and can be accessed once above 10,000 feet at no additional charge. (10,000 feet is an FAA Rule.) Charging ports for mobile phones or personal electronic devices are available on all of our aircraft.
Are there bathrooms?
Our aircraft are equipped with enclosed lavatory with a solid surface door.
Are there special considerations when traveling with children on international flights?
We are happy to accommodate International travel with children. When only one parent is on the flight, we require positive identification for the minor-aged child and written consent from the non-traveling parent. Acceptable identification is a state issued and certified birth certificate or valid passport. The non-traveling parent’s written consent must be a notarized document giving consent for the child to travel.
May I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed if constrained. Please Note, if your pet causes damages to the aircraft interior – you are financially responsible for the repairs and aircraft down time. IE: Chewed upholstery, scratched or marked leather or wood trim can cost thousands of dollars to repair as they are special aviation grade and approved materials.
Are drinks and food provided?
Bottled Water, soft drinks, snacks, and adult beverages are provided at no additional cost. Special requests for catering and/or specific beverages are an additional charge.
What if I am late for my flight?
Normally, being a few minutes late is not an issue. That is the joy of traveling on a private aircraft. However, please be aware, the FAA rules on Flight Crew duty times may apply in some instances, and being more than a few minutes late arriving at the airport can cause your flight to be delayed up to 10 hours.
Cancellations
Cancellations 72 hours in advance of the trip result in a full refund. Less than 72 hours result in a 75% refund and 25% held for rebooking your next trip that occurs in the next 90 days. Cancellations less than 24 hours from original departure time are refunded 75% and a 25% cancellation fee will be accessed to cover expenses already incurred for that trip.
Can I transport firearms?
Currently: Firearms are allowed and can be transported in the cargo holds only. They must be equipped with a trigger lock and the key under control of the flight crew. All firearms must be transported “Unloaded and the ammunition stored in a separate container from the weapon”. The firearm and ammunition (and trigger lock key) are returned to the passenger once deplaned. The passenger is “Solely Responsible“ for meeting all Local Laws at the point of departure and arrival regarding ground transportation, handling, and legality of their Firearms.
NOTE: I todays climate regarding Gun Control regulations and laws, the above policy is subject to change at a moments notice.

Covid-19 Response Plan: Executive Aero Charter Management follows the CDC guidelines and the National Business Aircraft Association protocol for Aircraft Dis-Infection Procedures after each flight segment.
We do not allow symptomatic passengers to board a flight, but if someone were to be identified during or immediately after the flight we apply detailed special dis-infection products and procedures before any passengers or crew are allowed to reboard the aircraft. Our specific and detailed procedures are available, upon request.
